Please note that all of our items are final sale, we do not offer returns or refunds.

 

Special Orders

Many of our items are Special Orders, these go into production immediately after payment has been received. Special Orders take approximately 6-8 weeks to complete.  Please note the measurements, size and scale of all products before purchasing. If you are ever uncertain, we encourage you to reach out to us to assist. We would love to connect with you.  

 

Repairs

We stand behind the quality of our work.  For all repair inquiries, please email info@onalarkjewels.com Please include your name, order number, description of requested repair and an image of the piece.  We will respond within 24 hours after receiving your email request.

 

Shipping

Once your piece is ready, we will ship within two business days to the address you provide.  We offer reliable shipping via UPS.  Each package will be sent insured and an adult signature is required.
